Oh YES! His star is definitely going up.rising! You see, when Man-U bought him from Atalanta, they got this 20-yr-old kid, and looked at him as someone who's suppose to save their season and their entire attack! Without almost with any proper backing up and logistics on the field! And then you wonder why he "failed"?!?!? No, he didn't fail! He just didn't succeed in making a miracle = converting himself in one of the best strikers in the league, carry Man-U on his back alone, and take them out of the gutter in which they are for 12, 13 years now…
Unlike Man-U, his arrival in Napoli is the exact opposite. A contrast to his Man-U arrival! He was welcomed as another kid with huge potential, who didn't "make it big" in Man-U, but here, no one expted him to score 20 goals in his first season, he had all the backup from the other attacking forces in the team, as well as a great midfield, build over the years, and he was told that all he has to do is train hard and start taking chances of each opportunity he's got! And that's exactly what he's doing now!
He's FAR from being the "best striker" in Serie A (as some of his fans are writing and saying), but nevertheless, he's definitely one of the best YOUNG strikers in the league with a potential to get there in the following years! Exactly what Conte said as well – he's got huge room for improvement, and surely he'll get there! How high he'll get, it'll be mainly up to him! And obviously, Napoli is a great environment for him!
So, great choice for you Rasmus, stay in Napoli (I heard they're buying out your contract already – won't wait till the end of the season), and for Man-U… well, I can't say I feel sorry for you guys, when just after you "got rid" off Rasmus, again you splashed the same (insane) amount of money for another 20-yr-old, giving him the same chances and backup logistics as you did for RAsmus, and install the same unrealistic expectation of him, in the name of Sesko! However, at least for Rasmus, out of the 80 mil you've paid for him, you'll get the majority of it from Napoli (I believe 8 mil for the loan, plus 52 for the buy-out option – it's not bad). But you'll remember one day that this kid was once in your team, when he'll be smashing goals for Napoli in Serie A and in UCL!
